Winter

There are things to love about winter. The avocados are fantastic and so is the fennel oranges and mandarins. Both of our kids were born in winter so we have parties and dinners and excited children. It rains. Today is the shortest day, so the days get longer from here. Like a true Melbournite I have whinged almost exclusively about the weather for all of this blisteringly cold day.  Check out Susannah Tuckers lovely photos
